Our attorneys are specialized in specific genres of law. TLH also provides arrangements for the service of OF Counsels for the purpose of investment facilitation.  Besides the core group of attorneys, TLH is affiliated with large number of lawyers, across the globe, that assist TLH as and when required. Seniors at TLH groom young lawyers in various sectors and sub-sectors of National and International Law in order to ensure quality services.
    
TLH has advised the Government of Nepal on legal issues regarding migrant workers and has also provided expert opinion to the Government of Nepal on matter of international arbitration. Our TLH team works alongside non-profit institutions to build a conducive environment for investments in Nepal.  We contributed for the implementation of Bilateral Investment Protection and Promotion Agreement (BIPPA) between Nepal and India and our future plans include similar contributions for endorsement and implementation of BIPPA with China. We also assisted the Central Bank of Nepal (Nepal Rastra Bank) to educate and convince civil society to promulgate the three ordinances on money laundering law, from the President of Nepal.

Our attorneys and OF Counsels are highly experienced and have made significant contribution to constitutional and legal development as well as investment facilitation. TLH provides mentorship and internship opportunities to young and motivated attorneys.
